We have been writing a regular blog on the Tish Tash Toys website since May 2007. Tish Tash Toys sells a lovely collection of children’s toys via an established website, a mail order catalogue and a growing team of around 150 home based/party plan agents across the UK.

The Tish Tash Toys blog boasts over 250 posts covering subjects like business advice, children’s toys and children’s development. As the small family business is set in the heart of East Devon, blog articles also cover rural ramblings, local events and miscellaneous family musings.

Blog articles feature customer offers, sales, and competitions plus regular profiles of other websites, as they feature Tish Tash Toys on their blogs in return. This is a development of swapping site links – as ‘guest bloggers’ are invited to write about their sites, products etc.

Many of the articles rank well on search engines and bring traffic into the site. For example, if you search google UK for the term ‘party plan jobs’ you should find this article ranking as number one result on page one of google UK. Please note – this was the case on 4th Jan 2010 – but articles can move up and down as google makes regular changes (which is one reason why it’s important to keep blogging regularly!)
